New Moon Soundtrack Cover & first single has officially been confirmed!
“I just received the following announcement from Atlantic Records (the record label that produced the Twilight Soundtrack):
The first single has officially been confirmed for the New Moon Soundtrack! Death Cab for Cutie has written an exclusive song for the movie entitled ‘Meet Me On the Equinox.’ Below is a statement from the band about the song:
“We are very excited to be a part of this amazing series of novels set in our own backyard. It just seemed a perfect synergy that a band from the Northwest would create a song for a series of novels set in the Northwest. We wrote ‘Meet Me On the Equinox’ to reflect the celestial themes and motifs that run throughout the Twilight series and we wanted to capture that desperate feeling of endings and beginnings that so strongly affect the main characters. This song marks the first attempt that Death Cab for Cutie has ever made at contributing new, unreleased material for a film and we are proud to be a part of the Twilight legacy.” — Nick Harmer / Death Cab for Cutie
Additionally, we have the exclusive premiere of the soundtrack album cover below! The soundtrack will be in stores on October 20th, 2009, stay tuned for more information!
You can pre-order the New Moon Soundtrack now, and we will be posting more artist information as it becomes available. And, if you need some ideas for things to purchase to qualify for free shipping (over $25), I would suggest the Breaking Dawn Special Edition and the Eclipse paperback, which both went on-sale this month.
Have a great day!”

MTV Interview with Taylor Lautner & Kristen Stewart
MTV has posted this exclusive interview with New Moon’sKristen Stewart & Taylor Lautner! They talk about the Bella/Jacob relationship, some new scenes that were added to the script and the intense days on set that nearly “killed” KStew.
MTV: Kristen, in your opinion, how is the relationship between Bella and Jacob in “New Moon” different than the one between Edward and Bella in “Twilight”?
Kristen Stewart: It’s such a different relationship; it’s like entirely original.
MTV: It seems much more playful.
Stewart: Yeah, exactly. They’re light; they actually have fun with each other. Edward and Bella are always so strange, you know?
Taylor Lautner: It’s always so tense.
Stewart: And only he can bring her out of that rut. Like, she literally is going to die; she’s going to stop eating and be done. And the only thing that brings her out of it is this lightness [Jacob] brings.

Boo Boo makes a Boo Boo
"I heard there's going to be three more movies," Stewart told "Access Hollywood," which reported that Stewart has contract options for any films after "Eclipse." " 'Eclipse,' 'Breaking Dawn' and there should be one more."
But Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the "Twilight" movies, released a statement to "Access Hollywood" over the weekend saying that Stewart was mistaken. "We appreciate our young actor's enthusiasm for the franchise and his role, but his comments about the number of films were unfortunately uninformed and not accurate," the statement said. "However, the fans should rest assured that we're working with Stephenie Meyer to bring 'Breaking Dawn' to the big screen."
Many presumed that Stewart's comments meant that the fourth book in the franchise, "Breaking Dawn," would be split in half, for a total of five installments. Summit said that nothing is set yet about any future "Twilight" movies beyond "Eclipse," but that the studio is currently in the process of making decisions.
Ah well. maybe they might do 5 films. After all, breaking Dawn IS Long.

Twilighgt Saga extended to 5 FILMS?
“I heard there’s going to be three more movies,” he told Access. “‘Eclipse,’ ‘Breaking Dawn,’ and there should be one more.”
The star’s rep also noted the additional films when Stewart’s casting was announced to Access
“Boo Boo Stewart will play the character Seth Clearwater in the next three installments of the wildly popular ‘Twilight’ film franchise based on the best-selling novels by Stephenie Meyer,” the rep said in a statement.
Only three movies in the series, “Twilight,” “New Moon” (out this November) and “Eclipse” have been confirmed by Summit Entertainment, who did not return calls when contacted by Access regarding news of the additional films.
Oh well. But we hope, don't we? Lets hope for 5 Movies from the franchise!

Interview with Justine Wachsberger
Interview with fanbolt:
Have you read the Twilight books?
Justine Wachsberger: Yeah, all four of them.
Had you read them before you got the role?
Justine Wachsberger: I had seen Twilight, and read briefly the first one. After I got the part, I obviously read New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.
How was that audition process for you?
Justine Wachsberger: It was stressful, but it was fun at the same time. I auditioned for Heidi originally. At the beginning I started getting stressed out when I started hearing casting rumors about who had gotten the part. After about three weeks after auditioning, I got a call saying that I got cast as Gianna.
Does your role follow the character from the book closely?
Justine Wachsberger: Yeah, it pretty much does. Gianna is a complex character in a sense that you don’t really know what her motivations are for working for the Volturi. You don’t really understand her motivations in the book, and I feel like the movie lets that mystery go on.
Go to Fanbolt for the complete story.
Interview with popeater:
Did you realize how huge the franchise was when you signed on?
“I already knew – I went to see ‘Twilight,’ and I do sometimes read Us Weekly and the tabloids, and realized it was such a big deal to be in this movie.”
Did anything surprise you about filming ‘New Moon’?
“I thought it would be harder to be on set, just because of the buzz and the fact that all these actors started as unknown and became so big – not all of them, but the majority. I thought I would arrive on set and kind of be an outsider and not really fit in. On the contrary, everyone was really nice, really down the Earth. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I was a little stressed out at the beginning, like ‘I’m getting to Vancouver on set, what is it going to be like?’ It was actually a really good surprise.”
Who was the most fascinating to see in action?
“I love Dakota Fanning. I’ve always been a big fan. A very talented actress at such a young age.”
Did you make any decisions about Gianna that weren’t necessarily dictated by [writer]
Stephenie Meyer or [director] Chris Weitz?
“I think obviously you have to tell a story about your character in your mind, but could I lay it out there in front of you? I don’t think so. But I created a past for her. I think she’s aware of the risk to her, the risk of being killed, but her desire to be immortal and her desire to be part of this world is stronger than her fear to die.”
“I think she’s kind of in the middle between good and evil. She’s the thin line between being human and working for vampires. She’s the one that brings Edward and Bella to the Volturi. In those ways, she’s that middle line.”

Changes. PLEASE READ THIS EVERYONE
I would like you to decide how many post do you want to see publish per page. Because sometimes there might be more news then others so sometimes maybe one or two people might miss out on it. If i put less then 7 posts, then you guys would need to keep on going to the next page. If i put more then 7 posts, then it would take you guys forever to scroll to even the virtual pet corner, much less the playlist, videos and more. So you see what i mean by a dilemma. So I would be leaving it to you to choose the number of polls per page that you wish to see.
Point number 2. I have changed the blog a little. Some changes i have made are including a virtual fish at the top of the page, Actors pictures, their real names and the character they portray in the twilight saga. Next, the playlist is now under the virtual pets and the polls will be located there.
More polls have been added so please take a few minutes or so to go through the polls and vote. Please also include suggestion on poll topics for future refrences.
Thanks for reading this.

New Interview With New Moon Director Chris Weitz
Q. What do you have planned for the soundtrack?
Weitz: Alexandre Desplat has just started working on his music for the film, and we are just starting to put together what bands are gonna be on the soundtrack. So it’s kind of like keeping ten plates spinning at once. I am surprised and pleased at some of the bands that have said that they’re interested. It’s kind of great. I mean the criterion will still always be what’s right for the movie at that given moment, but Thom Yorke is interested. We might, if we’re very lucky, get Kings of Leon to do something. So it’s exciting to be able to have access to this kind of talent.
Q. What was your interest in coming on board a franchise that’s been more popular with women than men?
Weitz: In as much as the Twilight series has a great appeal to women, I think it concentrates very much on the emotions of the central character and romance. And I think that’s something socially that the studio system has not been very good at getting boys to be interested in. They think, maybe correctly, that all the male gender is interested in is things blowing up, and robots and that sort of stuff. I don’t really think that’s true. I certainly didn’t make this movie with an eye towards only girls or women being interested in seeing it. Frankly, I was drawn to the cast. I thought that the central cast were great and I wanted to work with them. It was great to be with Taylor as he went from a character who had three small scenes in the first movie to one of the dominant characters in the movie
Q. How did you approach your vision of the Volturi?
Weitz: No matter how strange one of the characters is in a work of fantasy, I think you have to approach them as people. You start to think, well, they’ve been around for 2,000 years. How would they live? How would they interact with one another? The conclusion really was that after 2,000 years, you would probably be more than mildly insane, no matter how cultured or gracious you appear on the surface. I think that’s what Michael Sheen really managed to convey in portraying Aro, the head of the Volturi. On the surface he’s terribly gracious, warm, a wonderful host, and yet at the same time he’s absolutely lethal and frightening, and it’s also what Dakota (Fanning) conveys as Jane. In appearance, she’s a very innocent, harmless looking teenager, but she’s absolutely deadly. The first thing that I wanted to do was to put them in a setting that wasn’t Dracula’s castle. There have been so many vampire movies and werewolf movies and horror movies in which everything is dark and dreary, and instead for their headquarters to be surprisingly light and crisp, then the characters they play have a tactile reality to them, in spite of how bizarre their situation is, really.

Flashback Volturi Scene in 'New Moon'
Jamie Campbell Bower's remark that "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" will see three Volturi members naked in a bathhouse when Carlisle Cullen visits them has been slammed, but there is partial truth in his words.
In an interview with MTV during Twilight fan convention, TwiCon 2009, Carlisle's depicter Peter Facinelli revealed that the scene wherein Carlisle meets the Volturi was shot. "We did film a flashback scene, but we're fully clothed in our garb from that era," the 35-year-old revealed when asked whether the movie will include the particular scene. "It's pretty cool. I think people are going to dig that. I like doing the flashback scenes, because you get to dress up in different time periods. It's set in a time, I think the 1800s, where I have traveled to Italy and I was living with the Volturi."
Explaining more on the scene, the husband of actress Jennie Garth shared, "Edward is basically telling Bella the story of who the Volturi are, and then it flashes to scenes of me and the Volturi ... in the Roman bath. [Laughs.] No, we're not in the Roman bath. We're playing cards." When pressed on the playing cards remark, he said, "It's a secret, because it's not in the book. We can't give away all the secrets - you'll have to go and see the movie."

Can it be about other things?
Please so don't blame for not posting, as I have another extra pop ups in my life as well. And trust me, not easy to go on computer everyday like SOMEONE,if you have a weird talk-to-himself math teacher, a science teacher that mumbles, and a__english teacher, who happens to be your cca teacher in charge as well, and puts on a fake cherry smile when parents are in the school area. Anyhoo, here is a compensation, I wrote a poem about Alice for my graded english stuff...
She is one of a kind,
She is like a lifewire,
she is a fun girl to be with,
whenever you are down.
She is extrermely creative,
She is badminton-loving girl,
she lends you you a shoulder to weep,
whenever you are down.
She reads a lot of books,
She loves the outdoors and the indoors,
She will do anything to make you laugh,
whenever you are down.
She is a fan of twilight,
We share a lot in common,
We may have parted ways,
distance do not matter,
we are like a sting of water,
never cut a part,
even with a knife.
Hope you like it, Alice,

Can't Wait at all!!
I cannot write as much as Alice expects as I do not have as much info as she well... I prefer to zip it. Anyhoo, cannot wait for new moon!!! Am doing the countdown on my calender!! Jasper Hale is so unimaginably hot, so is Jackson Rathbone, the man who acts as him. I think they have found the perfect girl to act as Bree, in the third saga. Riley is okay... Not as I expected... As in he looks normal and all... [laughs] Twilight is the best thing that has ever happened, and I cannot wait to see Edward and Bella get married!! People actually are crazy about Edward Cullen, but not Pattinson...He is okay.Honestyly, i prefer him as Diggory, Cedric Diggory, a handsome Hufflepuff in Harrp Potter, apperaing in Goblet of Fire, but, sadly, got murdered by You-Know-Who... I think Draco Malfoy is getting hotter by the movie... Sighs...
Gotta Blast,
Loads of work,
Leah

Classic Novel - Wuthering Heights Get a Twilight Saga Twist

One publisher has released a Twilight Saga look-a-like book that says “Bella & Edward’s Favorite Book” on the cover. ( Thats the one on the right ) I think the one on the left is the original cover version?

Interview with ‘The Twilight Saga’ Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg
ET Online has an interview with the Twilight Saga Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg where she dishes on writing for the movies, the New Moon set and even replacing Rachelle LeFevre with Bryce Dallas Howard:
ET: Are you writing for the chemistry between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?
Melissa Rosenberg: When I wrote ‘Twilight,’ I didn’t know who was starring in it, so I wrote in a vacuum. There was some rewriting that had to be done when we knew who they were, because I had started with more of a comedic edge and it wasn’t appropriate for those actors and the tone. I lean toward the dark comedy, witness “Dexter.” So, going into ‘New Moon’ and ‘Eclipse,’ I knew who I was writing for. I knew who the characters were and what their voices were. It got even easier with ‘Eclipse.’ [Author] Stephenie Meyer’s created the character’s chemistry; and those two actors brought so much chemistry. I don’t think the movies would have been so successful without those two actors and their chemistry. ‘Twilight’ was beautifully cast.
ET: What was the set of ‘New Moon’ like?
Melissa Rosenberg: ‘New Moon’ was one of the happiest sets I have ever been on. The guy who picked me up, said, “This is a great set. [Director] Chris Weitz is a genius. It is so wonderful.” I was, “Okay, dude, you are overselling.” But I got on the set and it was just delightful. You can tell when it is uncomfortable and they are not connecting. Chris Weitz is just a Zen master. I went to him and I was, “You are so cool and calm. And everyone is so cool and calm.” He said, “You have no idea what it is going to cost me.” My husband is a director and I know what it costs him. You have to tamp down every ounce of panic and frustration in order to project this calmness. I hope Chris got a good vacation between production and post.
ET: What do you think of the recasting of Rachelle Lefevre?
Melissa Rosenberg: I love Rachelle, but Bryce Dallas Howard? It was a shame, but I think Rachelle will go on to do brilliant things. I just love her. I am sure Bryce will be great.

Selena Gomez dishes on her time spent with Taylor Lautner & how they met!
“Kristen [Stewart] was staying in my hotel. He would visit her, so we were constantly running into each other in the lobby - and we ended up meeting,” Gomez recalls. “We would go out to lunch and dinner, but I knew he had paparazzi following him and I had paparazzi following me. So we literally just wanted to hang out, go bowling and stuff, and it went a little too far, I think. People were getting a little crazy about us.”
“But it was fun - I went to Vancouver thinking I was going to focus on my work, but instead I got to meet him, and it ended up being the best thing ever.” she says.
Even though it didn’t work out, Gomez says, “He is so sweet. Taylor has made me so happy. I didn’t know I could be that happy. You probably see it in the pictures! I’m smiling so big.”

Stephenie Meyer Accused of Biting Vampire Story
Here’s what TMZ has reported so far:
In her extremely detailed letter, Scott claims her book was published in 2006 — two years before “Breaking Dawn” — and it’s no coincidence that many of the scenes are almost identical. Such as…
- Both books contain a post-wedding sex scene
- Both books contain a scene about a woman who’s sick because she’s carrying a child with “evil powers”
- Both books contain a scene with the death of the main character’s wife ( Not excatly true in the case of Breaking Dawn as 1. Bella is the main character, 2. Bella is a girl, and her husband is Edward Cullen, not the other way round. 3. If this was in Jacob's POV, its still wrong as Jake is NOT married to Bella.)
And according to Scott, the dialogue in all of these scenes - and more - is extremely similar.
But Meyer’s rep is calling BS — telling TMZ, “The claim that ‘Breaking Dawn’ by Stephenie Meyer somehow infringes on an alleged book by someone named Jordan Scott is completely without merit. Neither Stephenie Meyer nor her representatives had any knowledge of this writer or her supposed book prior to this claim.”
Please head over to TMZ now to download and view Jordan’s detailed letter, filled with comparisons of the two books - and also to vote whether you believe Stephenie ripped off “The Nocturne.”
Though after I have read the letter,I can see that there is indeed many similiar points. But I firmly believe that Stephenie Meyer DID NOT rip anything off from that Jordan Scott's book The Nocturne, and thus, I have voted a firm NO. Hope those who have read it vote a NO too.

Jodelle Ferland joins Eclipse as ‘Newborn’ Vamp!
Looks like Eclipse has their vicious - blood thirsty “newborn vampire”…
Variety Reports:
“Thesp Jodelle Ferland (”Silent Hill”) is the latest addition to the “Twilight” franchise, joining “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” as a vampire who has just been turned. Ferland was most recently seen in the CBS telepic “Pictures of Hollis Woods.” She can be seen next in the thriller “Case 39″ with Renee Zellweger.”
I think Jodelle is acting the role of Bree. She looks kinda of what I had of Bree in my mind.

Someone Attempted To Burn Down The Forks High School Spartans sign…
Looks like due to the fame of Stephenie Meyer’s novels, the Forks High School Spartans sign is a target for vandalism now. Sad.
Though they attempted to burn down the wooden Forks Spartan sign, the arsonists failed and luckily only burned a wooden planter box and no one was injured.
This sign is very significant to the small town of Forks. Anyone visiting this site would know this is where Stephenie Meyer had her main character in the Twilight Saga, Bella Swan, attend school - at Forks High.
The Forks Forum reports:
“The wooden sign which fronts Spartan Ave. is a popular photo op stop for visiting Twilight fans. Tens of thousands of the fans have had their photo taken in front of the sign.
“After investigating we found not only was the bench on fire, but the arsonist tried to burn down the Forks High School sign. A one foot in diameter charred area was found behind the sign. Also found was a broken window on the north side of the high school.”
Lee said the Forks Police Department has a person of interest who was seen in the area.”
You can read the rest of the article here.
If Twilight was real, then Charlie Swan would be mad. And on the case.
